Welcome to Bahith. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, APIs, and deep research services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Ali Abdulla (doing business as Bahith) ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use most aspects of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and keys, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Services and API Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Credits and Polar.sh Payments

All premium credit purchases and account top-ups are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. Once top-up credits are purchased and provisioned to a Bahith account, they are dynamically consumed by real-time computing resource usage. Consequently, all purchases of top-up credits are strictly non-refundable. Free tier credits and allocated monthly credits do not roll over, whereas purchased credit packs remain active for 12 months from purchase.

4. AI Disclaimer & Liability Shield

Bahith outputs research reports and answers generated by probabilistic artificial intelligence models. We give no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the absolute correctness, completeness, or accuracy of the returned data. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate, or produce outdated information. The user must verify all results and citations independently.

Ali Abdulla (doing business as Bahith) assumes zero liability for any errors, business omissions, or financial, academic, or professional losses resulting from your reliance on the output of the Services.

5. API Abuse and Fair Use Rules

We reserve the uninhibited and absolute right to throttle, rate-limit, or instantly terminate API access, and clear remaining credit balances for accounts that:

• Run automated infinite loops or scripts that negatively impact system health or infrastructure stability.
• Submit scrapers, bulk requests, or malicious payloads designed to reverse engineer the Services or exhaust resources.
• Attempt unauthorized bypasses of concurrency or billing constraints.

6. Proprietary Rights

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, source code, design elements, databases, and APIs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a threat to the security or integrity of our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
